Sellick Partnership are excited to be working with a Lincolnshire based organisation for the recruitment of an AAT Asset Accountant.
The Asset Accountant will be responsible for supporting the Finance Business Partner in providing all aspects of financial support to cost centre managers up to Executive level. The role requires someone to prepare and present relevant financial information on a timely basis and to ensure that the business's financial plans and obligations are met.
The Asset Accountant should have experience in process improvement and be committed to supporting the preparation, analysis, and communication of financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders. The role will support all aspects of Asset Management, including Planned Maintenance, Capital Component Replacement, Development, and Property disposals.
Asset Accountant Responsibilities and Remit:
* Business partnering
* Capital transactions
* Financial reporting
* Budgets and forecasts
* Month end processes
* Financial analysis
* Internal controls
* Experience of working in the Social Housing sector
* Ability to manage, influence, and negotiate effectively
* Excellent time management skills and appreciation of the importance of deadlines
