What You Need To Succeed Minimum of two years’ experience in structural engineering. Strong understanding of structural design principles and relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, Bluebeam or similar). Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and communicate technical concepts clearly. Eagerness to work towards chartership, demonstrating a proactive and driven attitude. Experience working on projects in the residential, commercial, or industrial sectors. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail to deliver quality results. Strong time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects efficiently. A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or equivalent qualifications
