We are looking for a Digital Analyst and a Digital Analyst (Tagging) to join our Insurance and Money Services team. These are two exciting new roles in our growing team. The Digital Analyst will work closely with Product Owners, UX Designers and the website team to analyse data, identify insights and opportunities to develop exceptional digital customer experiences that deliver customer and business value across our digital estate. The Digital Analyst (Tagging) will support the development and implementation of our digital data and tagging strategy. This role is crucial in enabling data-driven insights and enhancing personalised customer experiences across our digital estate. What you’ll be doing - (Digital Analyst) Data analysis and interpretation: Analyse website traffic, customer behaviour, and conversion rates to derive actionable insights. Interpret data to inform decision-making and optimise digital journeys. Reporting and visualisation: Create and deliver regular reports and dashboards to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and trends. Use data visualisation tools to present complex data in an understandable and accessible manner. Performance optimisation: Identify opportunities for improving website performance, user experience, and conversion rates. Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing to evaluate the effectiveness of changes and enhancements. Collaboration and communication: Work closely with marketing, product, and technology teams to align analytics with overall business objectives. Communicate findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders effectively. What you’ll be doing - Digital Analyst (Tagging) Data collection and management: Manage the setup and maintenance of tracking and digital marketing tagging to ensure accurate data collection and reporting. Data layers: Implement and document data layers to support our comprehensive tracking and analytics requirements. Testing and quality assurance : Conduct audits and quality assessments of our tagging implementations and our data layers to ensure data accuracy and integrity. We need you to have Digital Analytics experience, focussed on customer journeys and website behaviour, working with an enterprise platform such as Adobe Analytics/Google Analytics. Strong communications skills, demonstrating an ability to communicate analysis and insights to a range of audiences across the business. A relentless customer focus, ensuring our Digital Analytics supports the development of exceptional digital customer experiences that deliver customer and business value. Ability to prioritise and work in a fast-paced organisation, prioritising individual and team backlogs on activities that add most value. Experience working with Ensighten Tag Management System, or similar tag management solution. And if you have any of these, even better Experience working with Maxymiser Testing and Optimisations, or another A/B and multivariate testing platform. Experience working in an agile change environment. Experience working with marketing technologies (Google, Meta etc.) and with HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
