As a Bank Registered Mental Health Nurse or Learning Disability Nurse, you'll use your compassion and experience to deliver quality care and support, helping patients with complex behaviours. You'll take the time to listen, provide and supervise excellent nursing care, and ensure patients' needs are met with dignity and respect, improving their quality of life.
You'll need a current NMC registration and good knowledge of clinical practices (RMN/RNLD), a strong understanding of CQC requirements and frameworks, and proactive approach. You should also have experience of producing well-developed care plans, undertaking risk assessments, and working as part of a clinical team, with a dedication to providing compassionate care.
