An exciting opportunity for a Band 5 Registered Nurse has arisen on our newly refurbished Discharge Lounge. Full time and part time applications will be considered. A working rotor of 09:00-21:00 and 10:00-22:00 over a seven day period will be considered. The post holder must be registered with NMC UK registration. We are looking for an enthusiastic nurse who can work dynamically and at a fast pace to ensure safe and effective care delivery through the Discharge Lounge.
As a member of our team, you will work closely with patients, their families, and the multi-disciplinary team to ensure that high quality care is delivered and a positive experience for patients through the Discharge Lounge.
The post holder will provide the highest standard of safe and effective patient care in conjunction with the multi-disciplinary team. Work closely with the Operation team to ensure timely patient flow throughout the hospital, escalating where appropriate.
