Lettings Administrator - Office based role - Estate Agent in East Finchley Customer Service experience is essential - Admin experience is a bonus Salary up to £27k - Monday - Friday 9:00 - 18:00 Requirements: GCSE grade C or higher in Maths & English Intermediate knowledge of MS Word and Excel Numerate and confident working with figures Fluent in English with good communication skills, written and verbal Ability to take ownership and responsibility over own work The Role As a Lettings Administrator you will assist the Lettings Team with: Administration, file progression and the marketing of properties Collaborating with Applicants and Landlords to obtain the right documentation Arranging and uploading professional photos, videos, floorplans and EPCs Drafting invoices and requesting payments Generating standard letters, agreements, file audits and producing reports Answering phones and seeing to customers in Lettings Team absence.
