You will work collaboratively with the Area Manager to achieve ongoing compliance with contractual agreements making a positive difference in the lives of the people we support.
Ideally you will already have a Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification or equivalent but we equally would like to hear from people who are qualified by experience as Autism Initiatives will support you to obtain a level 5 following a detailed induction.
This position is subject to an enhanced Disclosure from the Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS). The cost of which will be met with by Autism Initiatives.
