We are working on behalf of a well-established charity based in Hampshire, seeking a proactive and skilled Finance Assistant to support operations and contribute to continued growth of our client.
Key Responsibilities:
* Management of sales, purchase, and nominal ledgers
* General bookkeeping duties to ensure accurate financial records
* Processing invoices, payments, and other financial transactions
* Assisting in the preparation of financial reports
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial data
The Ideal Candidate:
* Proven experience in a similar finance role
* Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
* Excellent IT skills, including proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a close-knit team
* A positive and proactive approach to tasks and responsibilities
