Our client, a non-profit organisation in the city centre, is looking for an experienced Office Manager for a minimum of 3 months on a part-time basis.
21 hours a week, 3 full days or shorter days over 5.
Responsibilities:
1. Management experience of an admin team
2. Reception service experience and Administration
3. Office management
4. Experience in databases and reporting
5. Health and Safety
6. Facilities management
7. Office stationery
You will need to have a can-do approach, be solutions-focused, and work on your own initiative as well as with peers and other managers.
