Working within the AI Agents/Ai Assistance/Co-Pilots space, with global reach.
Given this, our AI team are looking for a Principal Consultant to take ownership over and continue developing our AI Agents presence. This is an opportunity to become a true market leader in one of the most exciting markets globally.

The Role:
What you’ll be doing:
1. Working amongst a team of 7 AI specialists, with a focus on AI Agents to build and develop this desk into a successful global operation.
2. Identifying opportunities across the US within AI Agents and playing an integral part in developing our 360 business: pitching new clients, negotiating terms and delivering on top level candidates.
3. Win the client, not just the job – working closely with our client solutions and marketing teams to provide attractive pitch documents and the best solution offerings to potential clients.
4. Attending international events and client meets with the budget to go to the US or EU once a quarter when needed.
The Requirements:
* Ideally 3+ years 360 experience within a highly technical market (AI, Software Engineering, Data/Big Data, Quant etc) with US market experience preferable but not essential.
* A proven track record of Business Development (Self-generated business and repeat business with these clients).
* Commitment to the US market – although you will have a lot of flexibility, we will need you to be available for both candidates and clients outside of typical UK hours.
* A community led approach – happy to be involved with marketing, networking, market focused podcasts etc to build a network of world class AI professionals.
* Resilience – you will be playing an integral role in the development of a growing team and market, which naturally will have its challenges (and rewards!). Having the ability to overcome these challenges is super important.
