SEN TA: We are seeking a passionate SEN Teaching Assistant specialising in Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) to support non-verbal students in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. This full-time, long-term role involves helping children achieve their learning goals, develop communication skills, and thrive in a supportive environment.

Application Requirements:
• Experience supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, particularly non-verbal students.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to SEN support.
• Relevant qualifications or experience in special education (preferred but not essential).
• Commitment to a long-term role within a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide tailored support for non-verbal ASD students in KS1 and KS2.
• Assist in implementing individual learning strategies.
• Support sensory and emotional regulation.
• Collaborate with class teachers and SEN specialists.
• Foster confidence, trust, and independence in students.
