We are recruiting an Assistant Manager for a very well respected supplier of construction supplies. Working alongside the Branch Manager, you will be part of the management team, helping drive forward the sales and profitability of the business. This is a great opportunity with potential to develop within the company in the future.
As the Assistant Branch Manager, you will be involved in managing the sales team and ensuring the branch is performing to targets. A background within construction sales, merchants, or the builders merchant sector (or similar) is certainly an advantage but by no means essential.
Responsibilities:
1. Drive sales and profitability of the branch.
2. Manage the sales team effectively.
3. Ensure the branch meets performance targets.
Qualifications:
1. Experience in builders merchants or construction supplies sales is preferred.
2. Management experience is beneficial.
