This is a part-time role, 24 hours per week, Monday to Wednesday, working between 9am and 5pm. Key Responsibilities Note taking within meetings Scanning and filing of paperwork Updating internal systems daily Planning and managing driver CPC courses Checking of driver licences for points and expiries Arranging medical assessments Assisting Driver Managers with daily tasks Daily update of internal spreadsheets Assisting drivers with queries, uniform ordering, and equipment Writing of letters and memos Essential Requirements Computer literate Good note taking abilities Attention to detail Proficient in using Microsoft Office - Word, Excel Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good multi-tasking abilities Good organisation skills Good communication skills Personable personality Professional manner Good teamworking skills Working to tight deadlines Desirable Requirements Administrative experience within the transport industry Knowledge of drivers licence checking systems
