Who You Are
You are the wordsmith behind our advertising success, passionate about crafting compelling ad copy that resonates deeply with target audiences and drives significant Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), with a goal of achieving a 5x ROAS monthly. You align closely with Media Buyers and Creative Strategists to analyze ad performance and drive creative campaigns. Your work directly shapes the messaging in engaging content created by our creative team—including graphic designers and video editors—ensuring alignment with overall strategy and objectives. This role is pivotal in scaling our clients' growth through innovative and effective static, motion, video ads, email marketing, and UGC video scripts.
What You’ll Do
* Craft captivating and persuasive copy for Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok ads that align with our brand voice and marketing objectives.
* Collaborate with Media Buyers and Creative Strategists to understand target audiences and tailor ad copy to their preferences and behaviors.
* Create ad copy for static images, motion graphics, video content, and UGC video scripts.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing copywriting for 6-10 clients simultaneously.
* Conduct A/B testing on ad copy to determine the most effective messaging strategies for different audience segments.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media advertising to ensure our ad creatives remain fresh and relevant.
* Work closely with the design team to ensure that ad copy and visual elements complement each other effectively.
* Analyze campaign performance data to continuously improve and optimize ad copy for better engagement and conversion rates.
* Write email marketing copy that drives engagement and conversions.
What You’ll Bring
* Proven experience as a copywriter with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in crafting ad copy for e-commerce brands, particularly on platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
* Excellent writing and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Experience writing email marketing copy and scripts for video/UGC ads.
* Strong understanding of social media advertising best practices and current trends.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience with A/B testing and data analysis to inform copywriting strategies.
* Creative and strategic thinker capable of generating innovative ideas that attract attention and drive conversions.
* Familiarity with Facebook and Tiktok Ads Manager and understanding of basic advertising metrics.
