Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for role of Clinical Lead within the Older Adult CMHT- Pennine. We have an exciting opportunity to be able to offer a substantive position for a highly driven Band 7 Clinical Lead, within our Older Adult Community Mental Health service. This is a full time position working 37.5 hours from Monday to Friday. We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual, who has experience in the Mental Health Field with an ambition to progress and develop in a clinical leadership role. The service provides assessment and treatment to service users referred with a variety of mental health conditions within the community setting, including those identified with Dementia. The team is multi-disciplinary and works closely with other mental health services and teams- covering a wide range of agencies, partners and shareholders. The successful applicant will be passionate in delivering and leading on all aspects of Clinical Care within the Older Adult community, alongside community Transformation programmes, and able to demonstrate a robust understanding of supervision models and team functions specific to Older Adult Mental Health.
