Your Key Responsibilities: 1:1 and small group pupil support under the direct supervision of teaching staff Supporting independent learning and providing feedback to the teacher. Promote positive values, attitudes, and good pupil behaviour. Supporting the teacher with managing behaviour and keep pupils on task. Assisting in the planning and learning activities Promote and reinforce the inclusion, acceptance and integration of all pupils.
