Job Title: Senior Support Worker - Children's Residential Location: Widnes - Cheshire Salary: £29,914 - £31,699 per Annum Contract Type: Permanent 40 hour per week (Shift - 2 on 4 off) Required Must have the right to live and work in the UK Must Be a driver and have a UK license About the Role The primary purpose of this role is to contribute to the effective care and development of children in a residential setting, ensuring their safety, well-being, and personal growth. Ensuring that all practices comply with the Quality Standards for Childrens Homes and Childrens Homes Regulations 2015. Maintaining Professional Standards Upholding best practices in childcare, safeguarding, and emotional support.
