Company: Marsh Commercial Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our Legal & Protection team at Marsh. This role will be based in Cardiff. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As a Client Advisor and once you have received initial training and support, you will be part of a team responsible for servicing a book of clients, this can involve processing new quotes, mid-term adjustments, invoicing and aspects of finance work, whilst handling any additional queries that are presented via the telephone. We will count on you to: Provide excellent client service on all aspects of account management to our clients, ensuring client needs are identified and met in line with agreed service standards Ensure timely completion of all set tasks ensuring client satisfaction at all times Demonstrate your adaptability skills when required in order to support colleagues in completing business critical tasks Develop meaningful working relationships with our insurer and business partners through regular contact and liaison to better serve our clients Through training, coaching and mentoring have a thorough understanding of all schemes that we offer our clients and keep abreast of new technical and product developments What you need to have: Previous experience within a client/customer facing role, this can be gained from within a similar role or working in environments such as (but not limited to) retail, hospitality, food & beverage etc Strong literacy, numeracy, administration and communication skills that can be demonstrated via qualifications/grades gained during education Ability to remain calm under pressure and be able to work flexibly when required Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously Have experience utilising the Microsoft Office suite and similar products What makes you stand out: A desire for a long-term career within the insurance industry A thirst for learning and the opportunity to study for further insurance related qualifications Prior service industry experience, although this is not essential What you will be rewarded with: We offer and embrace a hybrid working model that nurtures a collaborative working environment in the office 3 days per week allowing 2 days per week to be spent working on a remote basis once fully trained Competitive Benefits Package including: 27 days annual leave, up to 4 days flexible bank holidays, excellent pension contributions, private medical cover, life assurance, income protection, employee assistance program, plus a range of flexible benefits including the option to buy or sell up to 5 days holiday per year, cycle to work, dental insurance, health assessments plus many more.
