The Account Manager will be a key player within the Solutions Team, responsible for managing client accounts, collaborating on IT strategies, designing new solutions, and developing new business opportunities. Discuss a broad portfolio of services with clients
Manage and update the CRM system
On a typical day, you might provide quotes for specific hardware or software, follow up on existing quotes, or proactively reach out to customers to discuss new technology and services that could benefit their business. Occasionally, you will be involved in more technically complex projects, but rest assured, our expert team will support you every step of the way.
Basic understanding of the sales process, from prospecting to closing
Quick learner with a solid understanding of the technology and services offered
Ability to act as the primary point of contact for customer sales inquiries
Experience in a technical position looking to move into sales, or prior experience in sales account management is beneficial, but not required
High-quality training and opportunities for Microsoft certification (with exams paid for)
Starting holiday allowance of 21 days (plus Bank Holidays), increasing annually after 2 years to a maximum of 34 days
