About the Role: We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team on a 3-month contract. This hybrid role requires two days per week in the office, with the remaining days offering flexibility to work remotely. The successful candidate will provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations issues and support change processes within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Offer expert advice and guidance on employee relations matters.
Support change processes by drafting letters, documents, and communications.
Assist managers with developing cases for change, consultation documents, and liaising with unions.
Experience and Skills:
Proven experience in a similar HR advisory role.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with the ability to present data effectively.
Strong customer focus, both internally and externally.
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
