As part of this, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a PCN Business Manager / Digital Transformation Lead to join our team. Our PCN covers 6 GP Practices with a population of approximately 44,000. This role will involve working closely with practice teams, community teams and other PCN staff to deliver the PCN Directed Enhanced Service and key strategic work streams.
