Project Manager - Events (Fixed-Term Contract) • London Europe
We are looking for an Event Project Manager for a 6 month contract with strong spreadsheet navigation and data analysis skills, as well as experience in Digital Event Production and in-person Events Management.

To be considered for this role, applicants must have current work authorization to work in Ireland/UK and be available for hybrid working within our / our clients Dublin or London office.
About the role
Responsibilities
* Work across the different stakeholders within the team to help plan, design and execute EMEA-wide virtual, hybrid and in-person B2B marketing events, livestreams and campaigns to achieve high client attendance and satisfaction.
* Supports and delivers high-velocity events programs, managing multiple stakeholders.
* Ownership and/or collaboration of project timelines and project plans ensuring deliverables are met on time.
* Supports on all production aspects of live, digital and hybrid events including speakers management, technical briefings, video recordings, event execution.
* Supports on event platform management internally and externally, managing copy, content and communications plans.
* Work effectively with external partners, creative agencies and vendors, and internal cross-functional partners e.g. PR, Sales, Logistics, other Marketing teams.
* Deliver outstanding quality support to the marketing events and programmes run by the Client team.
* Work closely with your Client team point of contact on event data.
* Spending time building and maintaining spreadsheets with an extreme attention to detail.
* Work on spreadsheets updates, data entry and analysis as part of delegate management process throughout all stages of event life cycle.
* Ownership of event reporting (during and post-event).
* Work with Associate Event Directors, Account Managers, and producers on all digital and in-person events (when applied).
* Management of creative process to ensure all assets are delivered on time, on brief and on to specification (when applied).
* Ability to manage client relations and expectations, internal event enquiries and mailbox management.
About You
Required Experience:
* 4+ years experience in marketing, specifically event management.
* Strong project management skills; ability to work on multiple work-streams at once with multiple agencies, cross functional teams and stakeholders.
* Extreme attention to detail and excellent follow-through.
* A solid foundation gathering, analyzing and interpreting data, audience development, and delegate management.
* Ability to effectively plan, execute, and monitor projects from start to finish managing timelines and stakeholders.
* Good communication and presentation skills, including ability to take complex topics and create compelling narratives for different audiences.
Nice to have:
* Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Event and/or Project management or a business-related field.
* Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working cross-functionally in complex organizations and fast-paced environments.
* A resilient and resourceful person that can deal with multiple tasks at the same time.
* Track effectiveness and implement measurement plans to evaluate the impact of the events and programmes, providing data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
* Someone who is able to make independent decisions to help resolve tasks and understands when and when not to involve the wider team as required.
* Adaptable to a high paced involvement and is able to pivot as and when the business or event needs dictate.
* Experience of digital marketing, building and managing websites.
* Proficiency with Google suite products.
