We currently have an exciting vacancy for a Medical Secretary to join our Medical Secretary team.
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual.
Therefore, we need someone with accurate keyboard and IT skills and an understanding of medical terminology. Previous experience as a medical secretary is essential.
The ability to work as a team player as well as on your own in a very busy role and prioritise work when under pressure is essential. An understanding of the importance of confidentiality in the workplace and able to follow data protection policies and guidelines is essential.

About us
Bancroft Medical Centre is a large GP practice in the market town of Hitchin Hertfordshire. Operating over two sites located across the road from each other. The secretarial team is currently 4, and work to support all teams in the organisation. The team meet regularly to share ideas for improvements and learn from each other in a supportive environment. Though patient contact is limited, you will be supporting patients in receiving timely referrals and care.

£12.10 an hour, rises to £12.75 after successful probation period.
