Hays Construction & Property are delighted to be working with this award-winning Contractor in recruiting for a Quality Assurance (QA) Manager to join the team.
Based in Cheshire, this is a fantastic opportunity to join this National Contractor to undertake QA Management on sites across the UK.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Drive QA and standards across construction projects.
2. Collaborate with site teams to ensure projects are built to specification.
3. Support project teams with guidance, quality control, and processes to maximize standards and quality.
4. Implement QA for all construction projects.
5. Carry out regular site inspections and audits to ensure adherence to specifications.
6. Maintain compliance documentation and health & safety protocols, including inspection reports and quality processes.
Qualifications:
1. Strong background in driving the highest standards of construction processes and quality management.
2. Ability to build rapport with site project teams; strong communication and leadership skills.
3. Exceptional experience working for Main Contractors on sites in excess of £5-£10 million.
4. In-depth knowledge of QA, QC, and the construction process.
5. A certificate in Quality Management would be advantageous, but not essential.
