Key Responsibilities As a key member of our Logistics UK Training Team, you'll be delivering top-notch training services to our members across the UK. From compliance-based courses to technical driver training, you will help shape the future of transport by empowering individuals with knowledge and skills. Develop and deliver high-quality training courses, including driver compliance, vehicle technical training, Driver CPC, and more. Support the creation and enhancement of training materials as a Subject Matter Expert (SME). Lead and participate in quality assurance processes to ensure top-tier training delivery. Collaborate with stakeholders to define training needs and enhance customer experiences. Represent Logistics UK professionally, providing exceptional service to our members. Requirements We are looking for candidates who have: Confidence in delivering engaging training and presentations to diverse audiences. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to tailor solutions to individual needs. Strong understanding of transport legislation and industry standards. A passion for personal and professional growth, with a commitment to keeping your skills up to date. Proven planning and organisational expertise to manage and execute training efficiently. Excellent communication skills to relay information clearly and effectively. Recognised training qualifications such as Award in Education and Training (Level 3) or equivalent. Experience as an Approved Driving Instructor (ADI) or NRI-registered LGV trainer (desired). Transport Manager CPC qualification (both Road Haulage and Passenger Operations preferred). Proven track record in delivering and auditing technical training. High levels of numeracy, literacy, and attention to detail.
