We are seeking a Chef de Partie to join our team. They will assist the Head Chef and Executive Head Chef in ensuring that the highest possible standards of food preparation and presentation are achieved by the College Catering Department, and will competently run a designated section of the kitchen to the required standard set by the Senior chef.
Experience & Qualifications:
* NVQ Level 2, or equivalent gained through apprenticeship.
* Food Hygiene qualification
* Previous culinary experience in a similar or other high standard establishment
* Experience in high volume conference and banqueting would be an advantage
