Role Purpose
We are seeking a New Business Senior National Account Manager (NAM) to drive our success in the Away From Home Channel. Your passion will help increase sales and distribution nationwide. You will build long-term relationships with various customers in Travel, Recreation, and Leisure sectors, ensuring profitable sales growth for our brands and partners.
Responsibilities
1. Deliver new business wins in the Away From Home Channel, focusing on Travel, Recreation, and Leisure sectors.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and profitability.
3. Develop and secure incremental net revenue through new accounts and occasions.
4. Create sub-channel strategies, ensuring the right product offerings for all consumer occasions.
5. Identify market trends and opportunities.
6. Develop lead generation and contact strategies to win new business.
7. Manage industry networking and wiring plans to unlock new opportunities.
8. Oversee the end-to-end new business process, from opportunity identification to commercial proposals and trading agreements.
9. Manage new accounts efficiently while scoping and bringing in additional business to meet the annual operating plan (AOP).
10. Target the biggest opportunities to unlock growth in the first year.
