EKFB is proud to have been appointed by HS2 to deliver civil engineering works across an 80km section of the new high-speed rail link between the Chiltern Tunnel and Long Itchington Wood.
We're looking to recruit a Quality Engineer with drainage experience to join our Twyford to Greatworth (T2G) section of works, based in the Brackley area.
In this role, you will understand and implement Quality, technical assurance and completion requirements to ensure ITP's are in EKFB format and conform with HS2 requirements and contain the correct document references. You will also support and report upon the delivery of all section related construction phase quality, assurance and completions related activities to ensure Quality Control is effectively implemented by the construction teams.
In addition, you will develop and utilise relationships with Designer, Client representatives and internal stakeholders to ensure delivery of all ITP related requirements, including specific information passed to the construction delivery teams for inclusion within their programmes.

About You
* Experience in construction workface preferably from an engineering background (Site Engineer/Section Engineer)
* Experience of civils drainage installation and testing
* Good IT skills (MS Office suite and information management system)
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
* Ability to work with construction teams to achieve Quality Control/Quality Assurance objectives but also to "call it out" when issues are encountered
* Driving licence and access to a vehicle is required for this role
