As a Field Service Engineer, you will be expected to travel throughout Cambridgeshire and perform a mixture of on-site service, preventative maintenance, calibration, repair, and installation of centrifuges, incubators, pumps, vacuum concentrators, and agitators within hospitals, Universities, and research establishments. You will also complete service reports and calibration certificates. To be successful in this role, you will possess a technical aptitude, the ability to follow strict instructions in a thorough and methodical manner, and previous experience working within a field service / engineering-based role. Individuals with previous experience of working on laboratory equipment/ instruments, medical equipment, dental equipment, autoclaves, weighing scales, photocopiers, compressors, refrigerators or within a PAT testing capacity would be of distinct interest, though not essential, as full product training will be provided. You will possess a full UK driving licence, happy to travel on business with overnight stays and demonstrate strong written communication and customer service skills.
