Location: Lincolnshire, UK Job Type: Full-time / Part-time About the Role We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our NHS team in Lincolnshire. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment, supporting pharmacists in the safe and effective supply of medicines. You will play a key role in ensuring patients receive the best possible care by contributing to the smooth operation of the pharmacy service. Key Responsibilities Dispense and supply medicines safely and efficiently in line with NHS guidelines Assist in medicines reconciliation and medication reviews Provide advice and support to patients and healthcare professionals on medication use Manage stock levels, ensuring safe storage and timely ordering of medicines Maintain accurate patient records using NHS pharmacy systems Support the implementation of NHS policies and pharmacy best practices Assist in training and supervising junior staff and trainees Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient care Requirements ✔️ NVQ Level 3 in Pharmacy Services or equivalent qualification ✔️ Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) ✔️ Experience in a hospital, community, or primary care pharmacy (NHS experience preferred) ✔️ Strong organisational and problem-solving skills ✔️ Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team ✔️ Knowledge of NHS pharmacy systems and regulations
