Job Description:
Seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator to join our Client's team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of their office and supporting their accountants with various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
Credit control and raising invoices for work completed.
Anti Money Laundering checks.
Confirmation statements.
Onboarding new clients, including incorporations and registrations.
Scheduling appointments and managing the office calendar.
Maintaining and updating client records and databases.
Providing general administrative support to the team as required.
Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within an accountancy or financial services environment.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A proactive and flexible approach to work.
