The Governors wish to appoint a highly motivated and experienced 1:1 Teaching Assistant in Early Years, with a strong commitment to inclusive education. The successful candidate will be capable of working both independently and as part of a team in our friendly and successful school.
This role is essential in ensuring that children with additional needs achieve their best outcomes. Experience in a school setting and a genuine passion for education are required.
The position is permanent, part-time working 32.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, term time only, paid at scale 2 - £12.45-£12.65 per hour depending on experience.
KCSIE: Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children is everyone's responsibility. Everyone who comes into contact with children and their families has a role to play. In order to fulfil this responsibility effectively, all practitioners should make sure their approach is child-centred. This means that they should consider at all times, what is in the best interests of the child.
