Our client delivers a range of impactful activities and experiences for people with learning disabilities and autistic individuals. Together, their dedicated team of specially trained staff ensures that activities are person-centred and meaningful, aimed at developing skills, building confidence, and creating lasting friendships. At an exciting time of growth for the organisation, they are now looking to recruit a Service and Quality Manager (Learning Disabilities) to oversee the delivery of services across Woking.
Reporting to the CEO, as Service and Quality Manager (Learning Disabilities), you will work to shape strategy, inspire positive change, and lead service delivery teams, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. You will ensure that services meet local authority contract targets, internal KPIs, and consistently deliver outstanding outcomes for beneficiaries. You will drive continuous quality improvement and create fair, transparent processes that value and support staff. You will continually monitor and evaluate services, gathering data and feedback in order to evidence outcomes and impact.
To apply for this role, you will be a caring and collaborative leader, with significant experience of overseeing frontline services for children, people, or adults with learning disabilities. You will have demonstrable experience of overseeing teams of frontline staff (including sessional workers) and experience in driving quality improvement and reporting on service impact. The ideal candidate will understand high-quality, person-centred care and will bring excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills.

Please note, this role is Monday-Friday (37.5 hrs); however, some weekend and school holiday working will be required (to be discussed at interview).
