The Operations Administrator needs to be efficient, proactive and be able to work with a no-nonsense common-sense approach!
Operations Administrator duties; working with hire and warehouse department:
Quality check hire contracts
Review hire stock levels to ensure the hire fleet is maintained to a satisfactory level.
Liaise with various couriers to ensure we provide a timely and efficient service.
Manage the weekly/monthly invoice run
Inventory management by way of regular stock counts
Receipting goods in
Preparing customer orders
Completing sales order quality checks
Despatch sales orders
