Partnerships Executive – 12-Month Contract (Maternity Cover)
Hybrid – Shoreditch, London HQ (3-4 days in-office)

Our client, a certified B-Corp and leader in the rewards and gift card industry, is looking for a Partnerships Executive to join their growing team on a 12-month maternity cover contract —with the potential for a permanent opportunity within a growing business beyond this.

Whether you're early in your career, returning to work, or looking for a new challenge, this role offers the chance to learn and work with multiple teams, clients and departments to support partnerships, marketing, and stock control.
This role will:
* Coordinate stock supply and ordering, overseeing stock levels, managing the ordering process and ensuring accurate pricing and availability.
* Support partner relationships, assisting with onboarding and maintaining relationships with new partners (high street brands right through to small businesses).
* Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service) to support marketing activities and drive business growth.
* Provide quarterly sales forecasts and manage supplier floats.
* Maintain good communication with partners, identifying growth opportunities.
* Help improve partner processes, reporting, and integrations to streamline operations.
* Ensure compliance with retail agreements and internal controls.
