If so, this could be the opportunity for you… As an Advisor in our non-household team, you’ll work with our business customers to ensure any technical queries relating to their water supply are understood and quickly resolved. You’ll be there to solve problems and will keep customers updated on our progress fixing them. As a clean water wholesaler, we manage the network of pipes, water mains and treatment works that make up our water distribution system. You’ll make sure any technical queries are resolved to a high standard. You know how to listen well and understand your customers’ needs. It’s your highly organised approach and attention to detail that will ensure customers are kept updated and informed. An understanding of water supply networks is crucial. It’s a busy, reactive environment where no-two days are the same. You’ll be joining a team that thrives on handling pressure and enjoys finding the best possible outcome for our customers. We provide a service in and outside of usual office hours, so you’ll be able to work a shift pattern. Main Responsibilities: To ensure an excellent standard of customer services is provided to Business Retailers by assisting in technical enquiries received by either writing or telephone. Maintain focus on balanced scorecard objectives and adhere to business and wholesale processes, data protection, wholesale regulatory compliance and attendance. Proactively use information and resources to ensure that skills and knowledge are kept up to date and continuously developed. Proactively work queues to ensure wholesale service level requirements are met. Ensure all your transactions are correctly uploaded into CMOS and are accepted by the Market Operator Build relationships with peers and colleagues to enhance the team working environment, resolve non-household customer queries and ensure successful productivity. Attend and contribute to team meetings with team, peers and colleagues. You'll need: Skills / Qualifications / Experience A demonstrable understanding of Water supply networks. Understanding of the Business Retail Market is desirable but not essential. Ideally should have 4 GCSE passes (or equivalent), including Maths and English. A NVQ Qualification Level 2 or above in Customer Service/Business Administration desirable. Have a strong customer service focus with a determination to resolve customer issues. Possess strong typing, excellent written and verbal communication as well as customer service skills.
