In this exciting and varied role, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, managing schedules, coordinating internal and external meetings, and ensuring seamless communication across all levels. From diary management to travel arrangements, you will ensure everything runs smoothly, supporting our management team with impeccable attention to detail. As the first point of contact for coordinating contractor visits, you'll play a key role in ensuring compliance with our contractor Code of Conduct and safeguarding procedures. You will also support exciting projects and utilise cutting-edge Facilities Management systems to streamline operations. What we're looking for: Excellent computer skills and the ability to prioritise changing workload. The ability to communicate effectively and engage with the team.
