About the Role: As Nursery Manager, you'll play a vital role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can thrive. With family-friendly hours of 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM, this term-time-only role (38 weeks per year) offers a great work-life balance. What You'll Be Doing: Leading and managing the day-to-day operations of the nursery. Supporting and inspiring staff to deliver exceptional early years education and care. Ensuring compliance with all safeguarding, health, and safety regulations. Building positive relationships with children, parents, and carers. Monitoring and evaluating the curriculum to meet the needs of every child. Maintaining accurate records and supporting Ofsted inspections. What We're Looking For: A minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent (Level 4 or above preferred). Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role within a nursery or early years setting. Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
