VoucherCart Ltd is seeking to appoint an internal Bookkeeper to join our team in the Edinburgh office based at EFI in the Meadows, Edinburgh.
The role is Part-time (2-3 Days per week)
You will be responsible for:
* Creation and Management of Internal Accounting and Bookkeeping processes.
* Liaison with external corporate Accountants for completion of Annual Accounts, Corporation Tax, and Payroll.
* Producing coherent Accounts management reports to the CEO on a monthly basis including Business Cashflow Forecasts (Xero + Other as may be required)
* Managing and overseeing our invoicing and billing system (Chargebee) including debt management and dunning process.
* Monthly receipt, tracking and payment of external B2B Contractor Invoices
* Supporting our Customer Success team to raise invoices for agreed services to our customers.
* Liaising with external contractors and suppliers to ensure invoices are received in a timely manner and within agreed scope.
* Issuing salary payments to VoucherCart employees and external contractors.
* Managing and issuing monthly payouts to Resellers.
* Other administrative and financial duties as may be required.
