4. Collaborate with teaching staff and leadership to create a supportive and inclusive environment.
Requirements:
5. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students and staff.
6. A calm and assertive approach, with the ability to manage challenging situations effectively.
7. Experience working with young people in an educational or pastoral setting is preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate.
