We have an exceptional opportunity for a highly skilled and proactive Executive Assistant to support one of our Group Managing Partners (GMP) to be based in Portsmouth or Southampton. This pivotal role is a fast-paced, traditional EA role requiring an individual who thrives in a high-pressure environment, excels at problem-solving, and has impeccable organisational skills. The GMP's role is not only to run their own portfolio of clients and team but also to work closely with partners of other portfolios around the country as well as working with the board of executives to enhance the TC Group offering. Key responsibilities of an Executive Assistant will include: Executive & Business Support: full diary management, including scheduling high-profile meetings with clients, staff (including group board members) and key stakeholders provide top-tier administrative support to the GMP coordinate meetings, calendars and schedules with other EA's in the group. prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations handle confidential documents and information discreetly manage the GMP's e-mail inbox and maintain confidentiality with this facilitate communication between the GMP and internal departments capture actions, ensure projects are on track and follow up meetings / tasks are actioned conduct research and prepare briefs prepare all necessary materials ahead of meetings coordinate logistics for frequent travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries manage expenses, ensuring timely reconciliation and accuracy handle last-minute scheduling changes and urgent requests, including occasional evening or weekend adjustments deftly manage an extremely busy and agile schedule work closely with a Team Assistant and other Partners to ensure smooth office operations. assist with administration and tasks for the GMP's other business interests Personal & Family Logistics Management: synchronise the GMP's professional and personal calendars, ensuring alignment with external schedules regularly cross-check calendars to avoid conflicts and ensure he is present for family events provide discreet and professional support to facilitate a balanced work-life dynamic The role may involve occasional travel so you must be flexible and able to work outside of normal working hours when required.
