The Industrial Territory Manager will be responsible for sale of New and Used franchised machinery and attachments within the assigned territory, to meet all agreed business requirements for volume, product mix and profitability, through sales to existing users and the development of new accounts for the JCB Teletruk Industrial Forklift Range. Reporting directly to the National Accounts and Access Director, you will be the interface between the manufacturer/company and the end user, working in co-operation to maximise sales performance.
Responsibilities:
* To deliver sales in line with the Company’s expectations.
* Maximise market share in assigned territory and product range agreed, whilst meeting agreed standards for volume, mix, profitability, and market awareness.
* Achieve sales to a minimum of 50 customers per annum, winning new customers and managing/retaining existing accounts.
* To be able to demonstrate the highest level of industry specific knowledge/experience.
* To maintain the highest standard of customer care and brand values whilst maintaining profitability.
Key skills we are looking for:
* Previous sales experience beneficial but not required.
* Demonstrate excellent communication both internally and externally, throughout the entire sales and delivery process.
* Ensure customer contact levels are maintained throughout the ownership experience of their machines.
* Accuracy of all work and good attention to detail required for all aspects of the role.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
