Our client, a dynamic and rapidly growing tech company based in Stevenage, is seeking a Part-Time Office Administration Assistant. Role Overview:
As the part-time Office Admin Assistant, you will provide professional, friendly, and efficient support to the Office Manager and the management team. You can choose to work 3 or 4 full days incorporating Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursdays. Your work requires you to be in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain the general upkeep of the office
2. Greet all office visitors upon arrival
3. Handle a range of basic administration and HR activities such as onboarding admin, organising interviews, absence reporting
4. Events organisation
5. Organise meeting room setup and refreshments
6. Manage inbound calls and enquiries
7. Place orders for equipment and stationery, and manage supplier relationships
8. Provide ad-hoc support to the management team and other employees
9. Produce reports for different teams within the business
Ideal Candidate:
As the ideal candidate for this business you will:
1. Be proactive, organised, methodical, and able to multitask
2. Naturally work with energy and pace with a sense of efficiency
3. Have a proven track record of taking ownership of projects
4. Produce well-written documents and have clear communication skills
5. Exude a credible customer service manner and be confident in dealing with high-profile customers
6. Have a range of IT skills including using business databases
7. Pay great attention to detail and accuracy
Working Hours and Salary:
3 to 4 days a week from 9:00 to 5:30. FTE salary £24,000 to £25,000 depending on experience, prorated to your chosen hours.
