This role plays an instrumental role in ensuring effective HR practices while maintaining and improving company culture and employee engagement, representing the voice of employees. Role Duties and Responsibilities: Lead team of People Partners that advise managers and support employees on talent actions, organisational changes, talent mobility and development, motivating team members and making decisions aligned to the talent philosophy. Collaborate with Talent Strategy Partners on talent initiatives including providing local expertise and supporting implementation of organisation redesign & restructuring activities Represent the voice of employees, providing insights, talent trends and people sentiment to inform talent strategy prioritization and decision making. Responsible for Employee relations consultancy and compliance Enable leaders to drive people management efforts including providing consultancy on talent reviews, succession planning, performance management, and actions plans to strengthen culture and improve employee engagement. Partner with Centers of Excellence (COE) leaders to ensure the broader People Team operates as a strategic, forward-thinking function and seamlessly executes key talent processes and initiatives. Proactively identify opportunities to improve the delivery of employee services including advancing direct access (self-service) and automation. Ensure people compliance programs, policies/procedures, and reporting are established and implemented locally Mentor and guide team members and colleagues They are looking for: 10 years in the HR Profession Expertise and comprehensive wide-ranging experience across strategic HR areas including employee relations, talent management, organization design, training, labor law and compliance, compensation, and benefits. Ideally experience of working for an International business, across EMEA People management experience Someone who is able to combine a process driven mindset, in a creative environment to establish the best of both worlds This business are looking for someone who can interview and ideally start ASAP- although will consider candidates on notice.
