We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior HSE Business Partner to join us within our Manufacturing Logistics Business Unit based onsite at Solihull, Birmingham.

We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;
1. Provide HSE & BCM advice, guidance, and support to enable the sites to comply with relevant statutory legislation.
2. Line management responsibility for HSE Site and Multi-site Business Partners as defined by Line Manager ensuring effective service is provided.
3. Drive business Standardisation and assist with the continued adherence to the HSMS and any other relevant HSE & BCM policies at the site.
4. Meet annual Safety, Health and Environmental objectives which will be assessed via the performance management system.
5. Ensure each site creates and maintain a short, medium, and long term HSE improvement plan in a standardised format (inclusive of leading & lagging indicators).
6. Keep abreast of Health & Safety legislation and ensure that site management teams are kept up to date with Health & Safety legislation updates. Site processes meet any statutory inspections required bay doors, lights, PAT, fire extinguishers, fire alarm system, etc.

7. Previous experience working in an operational H&S role, with stakeholder management and management influence skills.
8. Previous H&S responsibility in warehouse and transport environments, target focused and an ability to deliver standardised programs.
9. Regional travel and beyond as operational requirements dictate.
10. NEBOSH National General Certificate - Essential
11. NEBOSH Diploma / equivalent (Desirable).
12. NEBOSH Certificate in Environmental Management (Desirable)
