Lunchtime Supervisor Job information Permanent Term Time Only Part time - 5 Hours per week TPLT1SS2 £ 2,734 (Actual salary) Plus various Company Benefits The Priory Learning Trust is looking to recruit friendly and caring Lunchtime Supervisors to work with our Lunchtime Crew across our two sites supporting the children at St Anne’s Church Academy as they have their lunch and spend time with their friends. Candidates from a variety of backgrounds are encouraged to apply as our children deserve the best. What you will do; Oversee children at lunchtime, supported by other team members. Promote student well-being by encouraging them to develop good relationships with others, develop their self-reliance and self-esteem, help them to practice good standards of personal health and hygiene. Help with the setting up and clearing away of the school hall. What you will need to succeed; Some experience of supervising children, ideally in a school context. Reliability, motivation and resilience under pressure.Able to communicate effectively at all levels Ability to work flexibly within a team and motivate students.
