We have a dynamic, multiskilled role that combines inbound sales with providing exceptional customer support.
About the Role:
As a successful candidate, you'll seamlessly switch between inbound sales and customer service, offering expert advice on a wide range of products and services. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you'll be interacting with customers through various contact points, including phone, chat, and email.
No two days will be the same – one moment you'll be assisting customers in making great purchases, and the next, you'll be effectively resolving customer queries. Our team works flexibly to ensure first-class service for both retail and business customers. To keep things interesting, there will be times when you'll support other areas of our customer support functions.
You'll be part of a fantastic team that shares a common goal: delivering first-class customer service and maximizing customer sales. Collaboration is key – you'll work closely with our Repairs and Warehouse Teams, as well as our Managed Accounts, SME, and Sales Support Teams, to tackle complex queries and ensure we live up to our values: honesty, respect, authenticity, responsiveness, collaboration, and conscientiousness.
There will be opportunities to be trained in all aspects of driving sales and supporting B2B and retail customers, helping you develop into a highly trained and well-rounded support expert, capable of working in any area of our customer support function. Additionally, you'll have the chance to learn about our product ranges through our partners like Microsoft, Intel, and Nvidia.
What We Need:
* Previous experience in a sales and/or customer services role with a sales element (B2B experience is a plus).
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Ability to build trust with customers and strong relationships with the team.
* Motivation and drive to maximize sales opportunities and work to achievable sales targets.
* Passion for technology and self-motivation to stay updated on products and trends.
* Great attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work flexibly to meet customer and team needs.
About the team:
Our Contact Centre is filled with passionate, fun people who share a common goal – delivering amazing service to our customers. We have a hybrid setup, so while we spend 3 days a week in the office (and yes, there are usually snacks involved on office days!), the rest of the week is spent working remotely. But don’t worry, we keep the team spirit alive with plenty of virtual buzz and regular catch-ups.
