We are looking for a Business Improvements Manager to join our team in our Aberdeen office on a Staff basis.
The Business Improvement (BI) Manager is responsible the management of cross functional and company-wide process, system, and ways of working improvement initiatives in support of strategic and operational goals.
What will you be doing
1. Development of the annual plan of campaigns, compliance, and improvement initiatives.
2. Management and coordination of Business Improvement initiatives and activities within Seaway7,creating effective working relationships with other internal functions.
3. Undertakes analysis of trend data on Seaway7's performance, reports outcomes, and acts as a catalyst for incremental change in business performance.
4. Ambassador for lessons learned communication and knowledge sharing.
5. Drives delivery of management review process across the business and communicates results.
6. Focal point externally and internally for company ISO certification.
7. Implementation of ISO certification audit programme across the business.
8. Development of audit programme and audit focus areas, in collaboration with business unit operations teams and internal functions.
9. Supports delivery of Seaway7 audit programme.
10. Business Management System (BMS) governance including development and improvement of Seaway7 content.
11. Provides support to all functions for BMS reviews and content revision.
12. Focal point with Subsea7 group for management system and business tools updates including change impact assessment and implementation plan for Seaway7.
13. Provides familiarisation and training on company performance delivery tools and management system.
14. Writing and development of Seaway7 specific procedures in collaboration with subject matter experts and key stakeholders.
15. Technical editing and review of existing functional procedures.
16. Ensure HSSEQ SharePoint site is maintained with up-to-date information.
17. Provide updates to virtual library for country specific Legislation and guidance.
18. Maintenance of Seaway7 Interested Parties / Risk and Opportunity register.
19. Supports independent investigation, root cause analysis and incident case management activities across the business.
20. Supports Seaway 7 tendering activities and preparation of tender Quality deliverables.

21. Experienced Management Systems and Business Improvement Professional.
22. Degree level qualification or equivalent experience.
23. Heavy Industry Projects and Operations Quality experience is desirable.
24. Qualified and experienced lead auditor.
25. Extensive knowledge of ISO Quality and HSE Standards.
26. Comprehensive understanding of the Quality discipline within heavy industry - Renewables / Oil and Gas Sector knowledge is desirable.
27. Excellent organisational, communication, IT literacy and report writing skills.
28. Previous experience in supervision and mentoring of personnel within a team structure is desirable.
29. Capable of presentation and discussion at Senior Management Level.
30. Proven Incident Management and Investigation experience.
31. Demonstrated ability to resolve issues, with a methodical and organized method of operation
