Role Description:
* Develop and execute revenue strategies to optimize performance across a diverse portfolio of hospitality assets.
* Analyze market trends, demand drivers, and competitor performance to inform pricing and distribution strategies.
* Collaborate with asset management, operations, and development teams to align revenue initiatives with broader business goals.
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy to identify opportunities for growth.
* Lead forecasting, budgeting, and long-term revenue planning for assigned assets or regions.
* Leverage data analytics and proprietary tools to drive strategic decisions and maximize asset value.
* Partner with brand and third-party platforms to ensure effective channel management and rate positioning.
* Provide strategic oversight and mentorship to on-property and regional revenue management teams
Requirements:
* Proven experience in revenue management within the hospitality or real estate investment sector.
* Proven track record of driving revenue growth and optimizing asset performance across a multi-property portfolio.
* Strong analytical skills with expertise in forecasting, budgeting, and data interpretation.
* Deep understanding of market segmentation, pricing strategy, and distribution channels.
* Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including asset management, finance, and operations.
* Proficiency in revenue management systems.
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Finance, Business, or related field; advanced degree or certifications a plus.
