Key Responsibilities Manage the delivery of multiple small-scale contracts in the steel fabrication sector. Collaborate closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Handle all aspects of contract administration, including negotiations, risk management, and ensuring compliance with project specifications. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage of the project. Prepare and manage project documentation, including progress reports, risk assessments, and cost control analysis. Ensure all projects comply with relevant health and safety regulations and industry standards. Key Requirements Proven experience in managing small-scale contracts within the steel fabrication or construction industry. Strong project management skills with a focus on detail and quality. Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and client service. A solid understanding of construction law, procurement processes, and contractual obligations. Ideally based locally to Kirkcaldy or within a reasonable commute.
